Basically, few pple understand Marriage. Marriage was established by God (Gen 2:18) and created sex along side with it to be enjoyed. Sex binds couples together for it is a blood covenant btw 2 pple (Matt 19:5) and dat was one of the reason why God advices us not to indulge in sex before Marriage(Heb 13:4).
The Question is that in the begining, it was not so for I doubt if there was anything like Low sperm counts, Low libido, weak erection, quick ejaculation, watery sperms just like now that EBOLA just emerged. This is as a result of sins.
Until we start doing things right, seeking God's face b4 choosing a Life partner,(2 Cor 6:14-18) a true Xtian-(one who understands that once she is married, the now belongs to her husband so you have no right to turn your Husband down-1 Cor 7:4-5) knowing God's standard about Marriage and avoiding sexual immorality, then things will fall in place.
I am sorry to say this but most men that had all of these health problem had slept with different women before settling down. We cannot eat our cake and still have it. I have been in the tinnitus community for a while now and I have experience what you are going though with tinnitus , I do know people that have got
tinnitus from having their implants done. Ringing in the ear after an implant can go away on its own, but that is BS of what the mouth and jaw specialist said. I have definitely seen and heard of a connection between tinnitus and teeth and mouth. There is a treatment for ringing ears and if you are

My son recently started having grand Mal seizures at 16 years old. We were prescribed Kepler.
